Administering your website

Once your website has been set up, you can log on to site admin and set up email addresses to match your website address.

Go to http://.www.yourdomainname.com/siteadmin
Enter your username and password to log onto the control panel

(You can change your ftp password under setup, and your siteadmin password under control panel password)

Create a new email address (up to 10 allowed)

Select your domain name > click on mail
Choose a new mail name (this will be the 1st part of your email address before the @), then select add
Then, select the mail name from the list 
Check the mailbox option, enter a password and select update
Now, enter these details into your email application ie: outlook express or thunderbird to send and receive mail

Create a new email forwarder

Select your domain name > click on mail
Choose a new mail name (this will be the 1st part of your email address before the @), then select add
Then, select the mail name from the list
Check the redirect option, then enter the email address you wish mail to be forwarded to, select update

Create a catch-all email address (Not advisable as you’ll get more spam)

Select your domain name > click on preferences
Catch to address: enter email address you wish all mail to be forwarded to, select update

To access webmail

Go to >> http://webmail.yourdomain.com - It should read ‘Welcome to Horde.’ Visit this web address to check your mail online whenever you are away from home. You’ll need your email address username and password


Using the File Manager

This can be used to upload files to your website
Select your domain name > click on file manager
(may need to disable pop-up blocker so a new window can open)
Choose either the httpdocs folder to move inside that directory
Click browse > select file from your computer > click Go
Create a new directory / folder by typing in the 'create directory' field, go
Delete files / folders by clicking the red X alongside
